Home Care Multiplier — Terms of Service

This is a working draft. It has not yet been reviewed by counsel.

Last updated: September 24, 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of the Home Care Multiplier website, currently available at www.homecaremultiplier.com, and related services, content, forms, communications, and paid Home Care Agency Growth & Value Clarity Session(s) (also referred to as the "Clarity Session").

Home Care Multiplier is operated by Dale Corpus through Simplify Senior Transitions.

By accessing or using the website, submitting information, downloading content, communicating with Home Care Multiplier, or booking or participating in a Clarity Session, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the website or services. If you use the website or services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to accept these Terms for that organization.

1. What Home Care Multiplier Provides

Home Care Multiplier is an educational media and business-growth platform for home care agency owners and operators. It may provide articles, podcast and video content, downloads, scorecards, self-assessments, newsletters, forms, communications, referrals, and paid Clarity Sessions.

Features, content, availability, and service providers may change from time to time. A submission, inquiry, application, download, or request does not guarantee a response, acceptance, booking, publication, relationship, or business result.

2. Educational Content—Not Professional Advice

Home Care Multiplier provides educational content and general business-growth guidance only. Content may address growth, leadership, technology, automation, profitability, operations, relationships, positioning, and long-term business value.

Nothing on the website, in a download, in a scorecard, in a Clarity Session, or in any communication is legal, tax, accounting, investment, clinical, regulatory, financial, insurance, mortgage, real-estate, formal valuation, appraisal, brokerage, or other professional advice. You should consult an appropriately licensed professional about your facts, decisions, and obligations.

3. No Guaranteed Results or Business Outcomes

Home Care Multiplier does not guarantee any particular revenue, profit, valuation, sale, exit, financing, referral, client, employee, operational improvement, growth, or other result. Results depend on many factors outside Home Care Multiplier's control, including your decisions, resources, market, competition, implementation, team, timing, legal and regulatory requirements, and business conditions.

Examples, stories, opinions, frameworks, and educational information are illustrative and do not constitute a promise or prediction of your results.

4. No Agency, Fiduciary, Professional, or Client Relationship

Use of the website and participation in a Clarity Session do not create an attorney-client, accountant-client, tax-advisor, investment-advisor, broker-client, lender-borrower, real-estate agency, clinical, fiduciary, employment, partnership, joint-venture, or other professional relationship.

Home Care Multiplier does not state or imply that Dale Corpus owns, operates, or previously operated a home care agency.

Dale Corpus, SRES, RCFE CA DRE# 01305153 | NMLS# 339169. Those credentials do not change the educational nature of Home Care Multiplier or create a professional relationship through this website or a Clarity Session.

5. Eligibility and Authority

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding agreement to use the website or book a Clarity Session. If you use the website or services for a company or other organization, you represent that you are authorized to do so and to bind that organization to these Terms.

6. Website Access and Acceptable Use

Subject to these Terms, Home Care Multiplier gives you a limited, nonexclusive, revocable, nontransferable permission to access and use the website for lawful personal or internal business purposes.

You may not:

  • Use the website or content for an unlawful, fraudulent, harmful, abusive, or misleading purpose;
  • Infringe, misappropriate, or violate another person's rights, including intellectual-property, privacy, publicity, or confidentiality rights;
  • Copy, reproduce, republish, sell, license, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit website content except as expressly permitted by these Terms or in writing;
  • Interfere with, disrupt, damage, overburden, or improperly access the website, its systems, or its security;
  • Use a robot, scraper, crawler, data-mining tool, or other automated means to access or extract content except as permitted by applicable law and our written instructions;
  • Introduce malicious code or attempt to bypass access controls;
  • Impersonate a person or organization, misrepresent your affiliation, or submit inaccurate information; or
  • Use information obtained through the website to send unsolicited commercial messages or to build a competing database, service, or product.

We may suspend or limit access when reasonably necessary to protect the website, users, service providers, or our rights.

7. Articles, Podcast, YouTube, Downloads, and Scorecards

Articles, podcast episodes, videos, downloadable resources, scorecards, self-assessments, and related materials are provided for general educational purposes. They may become outdated, contain errors, or reflect opinions that are not appropriate for your circumstances.

You may download or print a resource for your own personal or internal business use if you keep all copyright, attribution, and other proprietary notices intact. You may not upload, resell, repackage, or distribute the resource as your own.

A scorecard or self-assessment is an educational reflection tool. It is not a formal audit, appraisal, valuation, diagnosis, compliance review, or professional recommendation.

8. Forms, Inquiries, Guest Requests, and Sponsor Inquiries

When you submit a form or inquiry, you agree to provide information that is accurate to the best of your knowledge and to avoid submitting sensitive information unless an appropriate secure process is specifically provided.

A guest request, sponsor inquiry, partner inquiry, testimonial, questionnaire, or other submission is not a promise of a booking, publication, placement, audience, endorsement, compensation, or commercial relationship. We may review, decline, retain, respond to, or use a submission as described in our Privacy Policy and any separate written agreement.

9. Newsletter and Other Communications

If you affirmatively subscribe to a newsletter or other marketing communication, you may receive communications through a third-party email provider such as Mailchimp. You may unsubscribe through the link in the message or by contacting us.

Unsubscribing from marketing communications does not necessarily stop transactional, administrative, appointment, security, or direct-response communications. You are responsible for ensuring that contact information you provide remains current.

10. Paid Clarity Session (Home Care Agency Growth & Value Clarity Session)

10.1 Session Description and Price

The Home Care Agency Growth & Value Clarity Session is a private 30-minute video consultation intended to help clarify one important home care agency challenge, opportunity, or decision and identify practical priorities. The current price is $250, unless a different price is shown at the time of booking or agreed in writing.

The Clarity Session is educational and strategic. It is not a formal valuation, appraisal, audit, legal service, tax service, accounting service, investment-advisory service, clinical service, regulatory review, or guarantee of any outcome.

10.2 Booking and Payment

Clarity Sessions are booked through Calendly and paid through PayPal or another payment method presented during booking. Your booking is not confirmed until the booking process is completed and payment requirements are satisfied. Calendly and PayPal may apply their own terms, privacy policies, fees, and requirements.

You are responsible for providing accurate contact information, selecting a time you can attend, completing any questionnaire, and reviewing the booking confirmation and preparation instructions.

10.3 Cancellation, Rescheduling, and Refunds

Clients may cancel or reschedule with at least 24 hours' notice. Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time will receive a refund, less any nonrefundable payment-processing fees. Cancellations, rescheduling requests, and missed appointments occurring less than 24 hours before the scheduled start time are nonrefundable. Genuine emergencies may be reviewed individually at the discretion of Home Care Multiplier.

The 24-hour period is measured backward from the scheduled appointment start time shown in the client's booking confirmation.

10.4 Late Arrival and No-Shows

The session begins at the scheduled time. A late arrival does not necessarily extend the session. If you do not attend, cannot be reached, or arrive too late to conduct a useful session, the appointment may be treated as a no-show and may be nonrefundable under Section 10.3.

10.5 Technical Problems

You are responsible for having a suitable device, internet connection, browser, microphone, camera if needed, and a reasonably private setting. If a technical problem prevents the session from taking place, contact us promptly. Home Care Multiplier may, in its discretion, reschedule the session or provide another reasonable remedy. Technical problems do not automatically create a refund right.

10.6 Changes to Session Terms

We may change the price, duration, booking provider, payment provider, format, availability, or other session terms. The terms displayed when you complete a booking govern that booking unless you and Home Care Multiplier agree otherwise in writing.

11. Third-Party Services

The website may link to or use third-party services, including Calendly, PayPal, Mailchimp, Google, Gmail, YouTube, podcast platforms, social-media platforms, hosting providers; Google Sheets or HubSpot, where used in our business operations; and other services. Third-party services operate under their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for their availability, security, content, policies, or acts or omissions.

12. Recommendations, Affiliates, and Sponsorships

Home Care Multiplier may discuss or recommend products, services, tools, companies, or providers. A discussion or recommendation is educational and does not constitute an endorsement, guarantee, referral obligation, or representation that a product or service is suitable for you.

Home Care Multiplier currently has an affiliate relationship with MapleCare.ai.

Affiliate, referral, sponsorship, paid-placement, or other commercial relationships will be disclosed as required by applicable law and in the applicable content or disclosure page. You are responsible for evaluating any product, service, or provider independently.

13. Intellectual Property

The website and its content, including text, graphics, logos, photographs, video, audio, design, layout, downloads, compilations, and software, are owned by or licensed to Home Care Multiplier or its content providers and are protected by intellectual-property and other applicable laws.

Except for the limited permission in these Terms, no right, title, or interest is granted to you. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

14. Trademarks and Branding

Home Care Multiplier, its name, logos, marks, trade dress, and related branding are owned by or used with permission by Home Care Multiplier. You may not use them without prior written permission. Other names and marks belong to their respective owners.

15. User Feedback and Suggestions

If you send feedback, ideas, suggestions, testimonials, or other comments about the website or services, you grant Home Care Multiplier a nonexclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, transferable, and sublicensable right to use, reproduce, modify, publish, distribute, and display that feedback for business purposes without compensation, subject to any separate written agreement and our Privacy Policy.

Do not send confidential or proprietary information that you do not want us to use.

16. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, disclose, and protect personal information. The Privacy Policy is incorporated into these Terms by reference. If there is a conflict concerning personal-information practices, the Privacy Policy controls for those practices.

17. Disclaimers of Warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the website, content, services, communications, downloads, scorecards, and Clarity Sessions are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Home Care Multiplier disclaims warranties of:

  • Merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and noninfringement;
  • Accuracy, completeness, timeliness, reliability, availability, or usefulness;
  • Uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or virus-free operation;
  • Suitability for your business, situation, goals, or legal or regulatory obligations;
  • Any particular revenue, profit, valuation, sale, financing, growth, or other result; and
  • Correction of defects or continued availability of any content, feature, provider, or service.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty exclusions, so some of these exclusions may not apply to you.

18. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Home Care Multiplier and Dale Corpus will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of:

  • Revenue, profit, income, savings, business opportunity, goodwill, reputation, or anticipated benefit;
  • Data, content, privacy, or security; or
  • Use, access, or availability of the website, content, or services,

arising out of or related to the website, these Terms, content, services, communications, or a Clarity Session, even if advised of the possibility of those damages.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, total aggregate liability for all claims arising out of or related to the website, these Terms, content, services, communications, or a Clarity Session will not exceed the greater of:

  1. The amount you paid to Home Care Multiplier for the specific service giving rise to the claim during the six months before the event giving rise to liability; or
  2. One hundred U.S. dollars ($100).

These limitations apply to all theories of liability, including contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, warranty, and statute, except to the extent a limitation is prohibited by applicable law.

19. Indemnification

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Home Care Multiplier, Dale Corpus, Simplify Senior Transitions, and their respective service providers, licensors, and representatives from and against claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, losses, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or related to your use of the website or services, your submissions, your violation of these Terms, your violation of law, or your violation of another person's rights.

20. Force Majeure

Home Care Multiplier will not be responsible for delay, interruption, failure, or unavailability caused by events beyond reasonable control, including acts of God, natural disasters, fire, power or internet failures, labor disputes, epidemics, war, terrorism, civil unrest, government action, service-provider failures, platform outages, cyberattacks, or other force-majeure events.

21. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access to the website or services at any time, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe it is necessary to protect users, the website, our rights, or a service provider, or if you violate these Terms or applicable law.

Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including provisions concerning intellectual property, disclaimers, limitations of liability, indemnification, governing law, dispute terms, and interpretation.

22. Governing Law and Venue

These Terms and any dispute arising out of or related to them, the website, content, services, or a Clarity Session are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

The parties agree that the state and federal courts located in California will be the exclusive venue for disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms, the website, or the services, unless applicable law requires a different venue.

Nothing in these Terms waives rights that cannot legally be waived or restricts a consumer from pursuing a remedy that applicable law requires to remain available.

23. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post updated Terms and revise the date at the top. The updated version will be posted on the website with a revised "Last updated" date. The working-draft marker will remain until these Terms are approved for publication. Your continued use of the website after updated Terms are posted means that you acknowledge the updated Terms, subject to any rights or notices required by law.

24. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, invalid, or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the fullest extent permitted and the remaining provisions will remain in effect.

25. No Waiver

Failure to enforce a provision of these Terms is not a waiver of the right to enforce it later. A waiver must be in writing and applies only to the specific instance stated.

26. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any separate written agreement or booking terms that expressly apply, constitute the entire agreement concerning the website and services and supersede prior or contemporaneous understandings concerning that subject.

27. Notices

We may provide notices by posting them on the website, sending them to the email address you provide, or using another reasonable method. Notices to Home Care Multiplier may be sent to the contact information in Section 29.

28. California Consumer Information

Home Care Multiplier is an educational media and business-growth platform. California consumers may have rights under applicable consumer-protection and privacy laws. See the Privacy Policy for privacy-request procedures and the Affiliate Disclosure for commercial-relationship disclosures.

If California law requires additional information, complaint procedures, cancellation rights, disclosures, or remedies, we will provide them as required by applicable law.
