Home Care Multiplier — Cookie Notice
This is a working draft. It has not yet been reviewed by counsel.
Last updated: September 24, 2026
1. Current technology status
Home Care Multiplier currently intends to use only strictly necessary cookies or comparable technologies needed for ordinary website delivery, security, form operation, or session management.
As of the date of this Notice, Dale has confirmed that Home Care Multiplier does not use Google Analytics and does not have advertising, retargeting, or similar tracking pixels installed on the website. We do not intentionally use analytics cookies, advertising cookies, retargeting pixels, or similar technologies for cross-context behavioral advertising.
The technologies actually in use depend on our hosting provider and infrastructure, our forms and embedded services, and your browser and its settings. We will update this Notice as our technical configuration is confirmed.
2. What cookies and similar technologies are
Cookies are small text files or comparable identifiers that a website or service may store on or access from a browser or device. Similar technologies may include local storage, pixels, tags, scripts, SDKs, or other mechanisms that recognize a browser or device or help deliver content.
These technologies can support functions such as remembering a setting, maintaining a session, protecting a form, measuring use, personalizing content, or delivering advertising. The technologies used, their providers, and their purposes depend on the website configuration.
3. Our cookie category framework
A. Strictly necessary technologies
Strictly necessary technologies may be used when needed to provide a website feature you request, deliver pages, maintain security, prevent abuse, operate a form, or support a session. These technologies generally cannot be disabled through a website preference tool without affecting the requested function.
B. Analytics and performance technologies
As of the date of this Notice, Home Care Multiplier does not intentionally use Google Analytics or other analytics cookies for website measurement. This category is inactive unless and until a technology is enabled and this Notice is updated as appropriate.
C. Marketing, advertising, and retargeting technologies
As of the date of this Notice, Home Care Multiplier does not intentionally use advertising cookies, retargeting pixels, or similar technologies for cross-context behavioral advertising. This category is inactive unless and until a technology is enabled and the required disclosures, controls, consent, or opt-out mechanisms are provided.
4. Third-party services and embedded content
The website may link to or interact with third-party services, including Calendly, PayPal, Mailchimp, Gmail and Google, YouTube, podcast platforms, social-media platforms, hosting providers, Google Sheets, HubSpot, or other resources. A third party may set or access technologies directly when you visit its service or interact with embedded content.
We do not control the cookie practices of third-party websites or services, and we will update this Notice as our technical inventory is confirmed.
5. How long technologies remain
A session technology generally remains only while a browser session or requested function is active. A persistent technology may remain until it expires, is deleted, or is replaced. The duration depends on the specific technology, provider, browser, device, and configuration.
The retention period for a particular cookie or similar technology depends on its purpose and provider.
6. Browser controls
Most browsers allow you to review, block, delete, or restrict cookies and similar technologies through browser settings. Controls vary by browser and device. Blocking strictly necessary technologies may affect page delivery, forms, security, or other requested functions.
Browser-based controls may not delete other forms of local storage or change settings held by a third-party service. Review the settings and privacy policies for the relevant service if you use an external booking, payment, video, podcast, social, or email platform.
7. Consent controls for future technologies
Home Care Multiplier does not currently intentionally operate analytics, advertising, retargeting, or cross-context behavioral advertising technologies. If we later add a technology requiring consent or preference controls, we will use a clear and symmetrical consent interface or other legally required mechanism before or when the technology is activated, as applicable.
A future consent interface may include choices such as:
- Accept all;
- Reject all; and
- Manage choices.
The available choices, categories, and effect of a selection will depend on the technology and applicable law. Strictly necessary technologies may continue to operate where permitted or required.
8. California privacy information
The California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act ("CCPA"), applies only to businesses meeting specified legal requirements. One general threshold identified for review is annual gross revenue of more than $26,625,000, together with other statutory criteria and thresholds that may change over time.
Based on the information currently available, Home Care Multiplier believes it likely does not currently meet the CCPA's general business-applicability thresholds. Whether these thresholds apply depends on the specific facts about a business. This section does not determine whether the CCPA applies to Home Care Multiplier, and the legal treatment of any particular disclosure depends on the facts, the data involved, the purpose, and the applicable contracts.
As of the date of this Notice, we do not intentionally sell personal information, share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, use Google Analytics, or use advertising or retargeting pixels. If applicable law gives you a right to opt out of a sale or sharing, or to limit the use of sensitive personal information, see the Privacy Policy for the current request process.
We do not currently operate a cookie banner, cookie manager, or consent and preference management tool. If that changes, we will describe the tool and its interaction with browser-based signals, including Global Privacy Control where required.
9. What may change if we add retargeting or similar tools
If Home Care Multiplier enables analytics, advertising, retargeting, cross-context behavioral advertising, or another technology that could constitute a sale or sharing under applicable law, we will update this Notice before activation or as required by law and provide any legally required notice, consent, opt-out, preference, or other mechanism.
These mechanisms are not currently active, because the website does not currently use analytics or advertising/retargeting pixels.
Any future technology may involve providers that collect information directly from your browser or device. The provider's own privacy policy and terms may also apply.
10. Other jurisdictions
Home Care Multiplier is operated for a United States audience. Privacy, cookie, consent, and electronic-communications rules may differ in other states or countries. If you access the website from another jurisdiction, you are responsible for understanding the rules that apply to you and should review the disclosures and controls available in your location.
11. Children's privacy
Home Care Multiplier is intended for business owners, professionals, and a general adult audience. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through cookies or similar technologies. If you believe a child under 13 has provided information to us, contact us.
